Description

This program use the principle of "Recombinant has high similarity with its parental sequence' to visualize the location of breakpoints and gives out the potential parental seq uences.
Paste your alignment:

Notes:
  1. The program only accepts DNA sequences in fasta format
  2. If the reference sequence is not specified or does not really exist in the alignment, the programme will test each sequence in the alignment.
  3. only deal with the gap-exclusive alignemnt
