Selecting different modes

The current mode is selected using the buttons in the top-left corner of the top-level panel.

• "Create Mode" is used to enter new data into the database one instance at a time.

• "Browse Mode" is is used to explore the database and also allows instances to be selected for editing and for deletion

• "Edit Mode" is used to edit the attributes or links of an instance.

• "Load Mode" is used to import data from a text file into the database.

• "Find Mode" is used to search the contents of a table for instances which match one or more specified values.

The mode that is initially selected when maxdLoad starts can be controlled using a setting in the "Options" panel.
