General announcements

The maxd_announce mailing list is used to inform users of newly released or updated software and other items of interest.

Traffic on the list is one-way, it is not possible for users to post messages to the list, the only messages you will recieve will come from the list administrators.

To join the list, send an email to ecartis@cs.man.ac.uk with the subject line "subscribe maxd_announce". You will receive an email containing further instructions on how to complete the subscription process.

The email addresses of subscribers to this list will remain private and will not be used for any other purpose.

 
Requests for information

The maxd_info@cs.man.ac.uk address should be used for general requests for information and assistance.

 
Reporting bugs or problems

The maxd_bugs@cs.man.ac.uk address should be used to report bugs, errors or other problems that you encounter when using any of the maxd software. Please give as much information as possible about what software you are using (including which Java version and operating system you use) and describe what happened in as much detail as possible.

Please do not attach data files or screen-shots to the email as they will be discarded by the mailing list software.

The maxd_developer@cs.man.ac.uk address should only be used for issues directly related to software development using the maxd code-base.
