Here you can upload your own text corpus in PubMed XML format [?]. You may rank your documents by entering terms in the "Terms to use for ranking" text field; alternatively, you may rank documents and extract informative sentences via the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers [?] or the Templates-based [?] extraction options - use the ACTION menu to choose which task to perform. You can use the ADVANCED OPTIONS menu to specify the ranking mode, and/or to fine-tune the sentence extraction process by adjusting the levels of precision and recall of the SVM-based sentence classifiers.
