BioQSpace combines a set of algorithms in an architecture allowing interactive
clustering and browsing of PubMed abstracts in a 3D virtual environment. The
clustering is based on document similarity measures calculated on user-specified
weighting of certain attributes (MeSH-terms, word usage, specialised dictionaries,
etc). Several selection, navigation and reconfiguration options are provided.
