Extracting informative sentences from the biomedical literature.

The sentences may refer to either structure, function, diseases and therapeutic compounds, localisation or familial relationships of biological entities, particularly proteins. In order to perform extraction, the system needs a corpus. You can either retrieve abstracts from MEDLINE or upload your own text.
