BLAST Search

This is an interface toa BLAST search of OWL or SwissProt. The user entered sequence may be a protein or DNA sequence. Detailed information about BLAST including, descriptions of the BLAST search parameters, a BLAST manual and references for BLAST and its statitics, can be found on the NCBI's BLAST web pages.

An enhanced output PRINTS BLAST search is also avalable here.
BLAST searches facilities are also provided by the NCBI, the Swiss node of EMBNET and the EBI.
