About      Download      Tutorial      Contact     MADAT is a wrapper program (Written in Java) for R/Bioconductor. It provides an easy to use interface for loading, normalisation, quality control (PCA), t-test and filtering of microarray data (initially Affymetrix). lso data can be directly loaded into MADAT from maxd databases, using maxdBrowse. As well as returning normalised data MADAT also produces diagnostic plots of the array ata, including histograms, box plots and PCA as well as a full report on the data.
